SnoGraph software is an open source application that was built on top of NetBeans platform and Neo4j graph database. SnoGraph provides flexibility for users to generate query table of entire SNOMED CT or any given concept. The transitive closure table without inactive concepts can also be generated by SnoGraph. The Query table is a transitive closure table with extension of historical relationships. The query table enable exclusive data retrieval regardless of inactive and active concept status in data or query definitions.
