Meta Plugin exposes meta_key, meta_value and meta_compare to be used with wp-api-v2-client-java.

Copy this folder into your WordPress plugins directory and activate it throught the Plugins manager on WP-ADMIN. Requires the WP REST API, and rest-api-meta-endpoints plugins to be installed and active to work properly.
