an Windows GUI application that helps to get a clip at a duration in a rectangular area of a video, and re-encode to another smaller video. an optical correlation function to follow the image given. (but not in use yet during video encoding.) written with Emgu CV in 2010. UI is poorly designed. Very buggy. Licensed after GPL as required by Emgu CV.
