Calculate intervention outcome-resolved power spectrum analysis of 30 ch LFP data
The codes have been tested with MATLAB ver 9.5 (R2018b) with the following toolboxes:
- Curve Fitting Toolbox
- Data Acquisition Toolbox
- Image Acquisition Toolbox
- Image Processing Toolbox
- Signal Processing Toolbox
- Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox
- Wavelet Toolbox
- Install MATLAB
- Clone MatlabUtils in the \code\lib folder as a submodule.
- Place chronux toolbox in the \code\helper folder.
- dat file should be located in the \data folder
- Launch \code\main_LTR1_* files
- Launch \code\main_calculation file
- Results will be in the \results folder
We use SemVer for versioning.
