The aim of this tool is converting cheats text to .cht file for SnesPSP_TYL. (SnesPSP_TYL is awesome emulator for SNES on PSP)
I think it's a niche software, but it's a good example for practice web-programming. Because this product is using hot technologies in web-programming such as Sinatra + Ruby + Travis-CI + Rspec + CoffeeScript + SCSS + JQuery, etc....
bundle exec shotgun server.rb
then type open http://localhost:9393
