Run the following commands before launching vim:
$ mkdir -p ~/.vim/bundle
$ curl -fLo ~/.vim/autoload/plug.vim --create-dirs \
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/junegunn/vim-plug/master/plug.vim
After vim has launched, execute :PlugInstall to install plugins.
