This project was designed as a physician-facing application for the real time analysis of Scleroderma patient outcomes using a subtyping machine learning model. This model can be perused in detail here. Funding for this project was provided by the National Science Foundation.
Move to directory with launch.R in it. Launch application from the terminal by executing the following:
rscript launch.RThis should open the application in your default browser. Press ctrl-c to stop the server.
*Note: R is required, and this will load all dependent packages.
