An-Anonymous-System-for-COVID-19-Information-Sharing-using-Blockchain-Technology
This paper proposes a blockchain-based anonymous system, known as GarliMediChain, for providing anonymity and privacy during COVID-19 information sharing. In GarliMediChain, garlic routing and blockchain are integrated to provide low-latency communication, privacy, anonymity, trust and security. Also, COVID-19 information is encrypted multiple times before transmitting to a series of nodes in the network. To ensure that COVID-19 information is successfully shared, a blockchain-based coalition system is proposed. The coalition system enables health institutions to share information while maximizing their payoffs. Furthermore, each institution uses the proposed fictitious play to study the strategies of others in order to update its belief by selecting the best responses from them. In addition, the simulation results show that the proposed system prevents honest-but-curious institution from attacking the system. Nonetheless, the proposed GarliMediChain system promotes global collaborations by combining existing anonymity and trust solutions with the support of blockchain technology.

—Internet of medical things (IoMT) has made it possible to collect applications and medical devices to improve healthcare information technology. Since the advent of the pandemic of coronavirus (COVID-19) in 2019, public health information has become more sensitive than ever. Also, different news items incorporated have resulted in differing public perceptions of COVID-19, especially on the social media platform and infrastructure. The ability to build effective communication strategies require a thorough awareness for the emerging subjects of COVID-19 on the media that affects public behavior. Today, limitations in technology force COVID-19 call centres to restrict the number of calls per day. To this end, the unprecedented virality and changing nature of COVID-19 makes call centres to be likely overstressed, which is due to a lack of authentic and unregulated public media information. Thus, people who are susceptible to the COVID-19 virus may not get authentic media information to manage and minimize both its risk and transmission. In addition, the lack of data privacy has restricted the sharing of COVID-19 information among health institutions. To resolve the above-mentioned limitations, this paper is proposing a privacy infrastructure based on federated learning and blockchain technology. The proposed infrastructure has the potentials to enhance the trust and authenticity of public media communication and deliver an authentic method to disseminate COVID-19 information. Also, the proposed infrastructure can effectively resolve the issue of large data silos and provide a shared model while preserving the privacy of data owners. Furthermore, information security and privacy analyses show that the proposed infrastructure is robust against information security-related attacks

This project contains a module for the LBS(Location Based Service) Server(java), to calculate and display the position of a client. A LBS Scanner(smartphone) to create a fingerprint map of positions by their RSS of accesspoints. A LBS client(smartphone) which is collecting the RSS of the surrounding accesspoint and send it to the LBS Server to determine its position. The Scanner and LBS Client have been tested with an HTC Desire Android 2.2. The source code needs to be changed (ip, port, database) if it should work your side. BUG:The generated XML of the LBS Scanner needs to be modified manually, root tag is missing.

Data privacy is one of the biggest difficulties that every organization faces nowadays. All organizations should provide security protections on personal data against unauthorized access and modifications of any data. Healthcare is such an example where patient data should be handled properly and the leakage or alteration of this data assists in a huge privacy-neglecting issue. Immutability can be provided by adopting the blockchain technology in healthcare. Encryption is a key baseline to data privacy protection. This code introduces a new approach to secure keyword search over encrypted data in the blockchain. In this code, we propose the implementation of the bit-string signatures in the design of a data structure to secure search and access data while hiding the search pattern and share the patient data records between authorized organizations, while ensuring the privacy and im- mutability of the data. Besides, the secure cryptographic protocol - proxy re-encryption is applied to support proper encryption and decryption without revealing the keys and access control over secret data. The goal of this code is the evaluation of the keyword search using bloom filters over encrypted data in the blockchain.

This project aims to decentralize the online voting system. It is an enhancement of an existing online voting system with additional benefits. Through blockchain technology which itself is decentralized, we are trying to create an open system that will allow end-users to vote and also see the results at any point of instance. We know that in the online voting system, the organizers can control the voting data. But in Vote-Chain, there are no chances of any data manipulation due to the presence of distributed ledgers. Blockchain itself provides the features of security, immutability and faster settlement. We are trying to use those features to solve the mentioned use case. It makes the system transparent and gives more confidence to the end-user to trust the system.
