first of all you have to install Terraform and create Iam User!
Then run these commands: to create resources
terraform init
terrafom plan
terraform apply
choise which region, for exmale eu-west-1 *Atention this is an exmaple to create only in region with 3 AZ.
to destroy the resourses
terraform destroy
