Need your help

Dear blogger:
I'm a college student from China. I made a machine by myself according to your steps. After the assembly is completed and the firmware is burned, it can't be displayed normally. It's just a white screen. I bought the left and right components according to the BOM provided by you. Can you help me solve this problem? If you can, I hope you can contact me. Thank you!

Hi 823878209, can you post here a picture of your build?

Dear zapta, hello, first of all thank you for replying to me.

According to the open source document you posted on GitHub, I found the Gerber file and completed the PCB proofing. I purchased all the components according to the BOM. After I assembled as required, I burned the program and my LCD screen was running. The correct content is not displayed on the screen, and he is always in a white screen state.

After the assembly was completed, I burned the program, and it ran for the first time, and a part of the content was displayed on the LCD screen but it was incomplete, and then I ran it again and the situation in the picture below appeared.

Since I didn’t get in touch with you in time, I thought it was a problem with the LCD screen. I contacted the LCD manufacturer. They said that the LCD screen I purchased might be different from your model. I carefully compared the BOM table. The problem, I also showed them and they said there was no problem,

Finally, the LCD screen manufacturer told me that I need to contact you, take a look at the photo on the back of the LCD screen you are using, and see how the components on it are distributed.

This is my confusion and problem. I can't find the problem with my machine, so I ask you for advice and study.

This is a photo of my LCD screen, which is a bit blurry.

I tried to compare with the LCD screen you used before, but I couldn't see the photo you posted.

My current LCD screen, I have sent it back to the LCD screen manufacturer for processing.

I contacted him before, and I thought it was a quality problem with the LCD screen, so he asked me to send it back to him for processing.

It is estimated that in a few days he can send me a new LCD screen.

My LCD screen was purchased on Buydisplay according to the BOM parameters you got.

Or can you give me a PCB photo of the LCD screen you are using.

Thank you very much!!!

Dear zapta, I already got my LCD screen yesterday. Connect a 4.7K resistor between pins 26 (/RD) and 2 (VDD power supply) of the TFT according to the method you provided. Basically, the device can work normally. Thank you very much for your help. I will connect the stepper motor today and try its detection function.
