关于目录bug

有一个问题就是: 目录不会悬浮，在浏览文章的时候，往下滑动，目录也就看不见了，它并不会一直悬浮在右侧。

页面资源未加载完毕，打开页面会稍等一会即可

额，我好像等了一段时间，也还是这样 而且所有资源都加载完毕了，往下滑 目录还是会滚到上面去，然后就看不到目录了

好的，已复现，最近会排查优化

在刚刚等待了好几分钟过后，就正常了，但是这个等待时间有点过久了，资源加载大概在20秒内就完成了
