Display location of Liquid Galaxy systems (last gen. rascal) running
lg_ros_nodes/lg_offliner node.
lg_offliner present the system periodically with a VPS. The
logs are processed here for unique IP addresses, ipinfo.io used to get
geo locations and displayed on the maps.
