Simple demo to display 3D scans of brain. The demo webpage can be found here.
A sample mgz file is provided under mri/vol/brainmask.mgz in this repository. You can download this file and upload it to the demo webpage to see the live demo.
If you have other files in mgz format, you can also upload it to the webpage.
After successfully loaded the file, something should show up like this:
The first one is 3D view of the 3D brain scan and the following three windows show the 2D views. 3D view window can be interacted with mouse to rotate to differnt angle.
