Calculate simple dice rolls

Roll 6 d20, get it's sum:

$ dicer 6d20
52

Roll a d20 6 times, keep 2 topmost results:

$ dicer 6d20k2
(20 18)

Roll a d4:

$ dicer 1d4
1
