Starts a simple file-serving HTTP server in a directory, at an OS-assigned port,
and opens the default web browser to the root URL.
Requirements:
* Python 2.5 or greater
* Currently OS X only (uses `open(1)') but easily modifiable to other platforms
Usage:
$ ./quickserver
Serving HTTP on 0.0.0.0 port 61209 ...
http://0.0.0.0:61209/
127.0.0.1 - - [19/Jun/2014 17:21:56] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 -
