我在桌面上固定不上，在文件资源管理器里也固定不上，EP版本22621.2361，win版本22631.2361

这个是已知bug，因为旧版新版的固定功能不太兼容。试试这儿提到的解决方案： valinet/ExplorerPatcher#1679

在最新版本的[22621.2361.58.4 Translation 19]已经解决了这个问题：https://github.com/zetaloop/ExplorerPatcher/releases
