This library used Opencv and ffmepg

like split by frame 1000:

test.mp4 16799frames 23.97fps 1280x720..

after: 0.mp4 1000frames 23.97fps ... 1.mp4 1000frames 23.97fps ...

0.mp3 1000frames 1.mp3 1000frames

这是一个分割视频的工具。可以单独分类出视频和音频文件。可以按帧数来切分。
