This Genesys Cloud Developer Blueprint explains how to setup Genesys Cloud to terminate any outbound call that is not made on behalf of a queue. Agents making these type of calls will be notified via email and each outbound call will also be tracked in a GC Collaborate Chat room for supervisor monitoring.
