Dev notes

前端选型方案：

1. tradingview：官方不授权给个人使用,鄙视，咱也不用他了，pass掉
2. highchart + data-forge: 看起来有组织维护，有教程，就用它吧
3. highchart + dataframe-js: 维护活跃程度、功能全面度不如data-forge
4. hightchart + pandas-js:pandas-js 作者2017年后已停止维护
5. highchart + Zebras:个人项目。维护不够，pass掉 Intro to Zebras
