This is the SimRank code. The code adopts Armadillo to do the matrix operations. The parameters are specified in ./config/ The code is in ./core and ./include. The tools to analyze and to generate queries, datasets are in ./preZhi. Readers can: (1)run 'cmake .' to get the Makefile, then 'make' to get the executables files. (2) run 'make' using the hand-written Makefile.
