The first Rage Plugin Hook plugin I've done. Here for reference and posterity.
Making this public so others can use/tweak/fork etc. I haven't updated this project in a bit, so have at it.
Basically it's used to put a speedo on your gtav screen without a trainer.
Code is left as-is. I can't remember if it was working when I abandoned the project, but the version I uploaded to lcpdfr.com was working.
