  • LDSC (LD SCore) (https://github.com/bulik/ldsc)

    • ldsc is in the ldsc folder
    cd ldsc
./ldsc.py

  • SLDP (Signed LD Profile) regression (https://github.com/yakirr/sldp)

    • sldp is in the system path. Just run
    sldp

  • TF_prediction. Anaconda environment with tensorflow-gpu 1.14.0. and the other required packages.
