This project serves two purposes:
- Have a quick and easy way to play around with JHU's Covid-19 data
- Provide an easily accessible way to all visualisations through a web interface
Hosting: covid.simonfeiden.com - Thanks to @siFeiden!
- clone repo to your machine
- in repo:
git submodule update --init
jupyter notebook
- load the
non-interactive-plots
notebook - explore
Use pipenv to install and run voila --template=vuetify-default interactive-service.ipynb
to start the webservice
PRs welcome! If you want to add new plots to the dashboard add a function that
takes a list of countries (string) and returns a matplotlib ax object. Add
your new plot to all_plots
in plots.py
.
I want to thank everyone who has contributed to this project and especially @gonuke for his PRs!
