Update Bootstrap to 4.6

Thanks for your work on this project.
Latest Bootstrap version is 5.0, latest 4.X is 4.6.0.
Consider updating, and also describing whether you plan to go to Bootstrap 5.X.

Oh, looks like there's a fork for Bootstrap v5: https://github.com/zelenij/django-bootstrap-v5

And it looks like 5.0 is already discussed on #224. So, I'll change this issue to be "Bootstrap 4.6".
