Requires having installed Outpath-Modding
- Download the "Wh4I3sCommands.dll" file and the "Resources.zip" from a release of your choosing here (Latest is recommended)
- Move the "Wh4I3sCommands.dll" file to the mods folder (eg: *\Steam\steamapps\common\Outpath\OutpathModding\Mods)
- Extract the "Resource.zip" file to the resources folder (eg: *\Steam\steamapps\common\Outpath\OutpathModding\Resources)
