- git clone the project.
- open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
- turn on "Developer Mode" in the top right corner.
- select "Load Unpacked".
- in the window that opened, select this project.
- on every change you make, click the refresh icon in the extention card to reload the extention.

- zip the project.
- navigate to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/devconsole and follow the instructions...
