Use Python 3.9+ in the same directory as this README.md:
$ python3 -m venv phoible-notebook
$ source phoible-notebook/bin/activate
...
(phoible-notebook) $ pip3 install -r requirements.txt
Still in the same directory:
$ jupyter notebook
...
This should start the server on localhost:8888 and open your browser. In your browser, choose the notebook.ipynb and you should be good to go!
