Python library containing T-SNE algorithms.
A python (cython) wrapper for Barnes-Hut-SNE aka fast-tsne.
I basicly took osdf code and made it pip compilant.
The wrapper was successfully tested on OSX (10.6/10.7), Ubuntu (11.04) and Arch Linux.
- numpy>=1.7.1
- scipy>=0.12.0
- cython>=0.19.1
- cblas or openblas. Tested version is v0.2.5 and v0.2.6 (not necessary for OSX).
You can install the package from PyPI:
pip install tsne
Or directly from the Github repository:
pip install git+https://github.com/danielfrg/tsne.git
Basic usage:
from tsne import bh_sne
X_2d = bh_sne(X)
