Contains scripts (internal and external) for creating abcd_imgincl csv file
The external script will use txt files submitted to NDA release 3.0. By default, the script will look for necessary txt files in the same directory.
The internal script will load necessary tables from imaging database and you will be prompted to enter password to it.
