Tags for versions 0.1 & 0.2

It would be nice to add tags for the commits that were used to release the 2 versions.

@Dushistov since you've been releasing the crate's versions could you tag those commits?

I am also thinking of creating a team in AeroRust org, would it be possible to add it as a package owner? This way it will show in crates.io

I've tagged both versions accordingly to the VCS hash found on:
