Correct the impacted data stream field in qc logs

A bug was discovered in the qc_logs generation where the impacted data stream field was not being filled out- this impacts our ability to create project reports. These logs will be updated with the correct data.
Examples of missing information:

Fix by pulling this data from report_components.metrics. Will remove this info from records.qc_logs.
