No colcon_ws in alpacazip/ultralytics_ros:humble

Since the desktop was changed to Ubuntu Mate with the following PR, colcon_ws is not built correctly. Also, ultralytics_ros is not present in ros2 pkg list.

Temporary solution: use tiryoh/ros2-desktop-vnc:humble before June 17, 2023.
