Cleaning up usage stats page table

Unsure if this is the right way to show this information on the usage stats downloads info. I think being able to download a two-column text file of date + download count would be preferred, especially as the number of days becomes larger.

Alter table to report sums from all time. Maybe in the future serve as a two column file so people (like Jens) can make a plot themselves.
