How to prepare stLFR data

Hi,

I have some stLFR data which I would like to use with VALOR2 and wonder how I should prepare the bam.
Based on the manuscript I can use bwa-mem, but then I guess I should move the unique barcodes to a bam tag?

it should be the BX tag in BAM; but I am pinging @f0t1h for implementation details.
