SurfDetectorConfig.h removed?

Hi,
I think in the recent commit (4f56532), the dependencies on SurfDetectorConfig.h have been removed.

However, there are still some files which require them like types.h (https://github.com/ccny-ros-pkg/ccny_rgbd_tools/blob/master/ccny_rgbd/include/ccny_rgbd/types.h)

What was the point of removing the SURF detector? Is it unnecessary?

It looks like the point was to take the SURF dependency out of this application. What happens if you remove the includes from the other files?

I decided to comment out the references to see what would happen:
