Write the Galaxy wrappers for all tools mentioned in the ChIP-exo Tutorial and then write the Galaxy workflow to specify the order and options for execution.
Tool wrappers:
- Expand BED
- TagPileup (merge with EGC version)
- Two-color heatmap (test and check current wrapper)
- Merge heatmap
- Label heatmap (test and check current wrapper)
