Add support for CDT/TAB matrix output in DNAShape tools

Add a CDT/TAB/Composite output format radio button selection to both variants of the DNAShape tool. These computations should be fast enough we can allow the user to run it twice to get both the composite and matrix rather than supporting a more complex option structure.
