Aggregate data tool includes NAME column of CDT file if it is numeric

The tool works fine if the IDs in the NAME column are string identifiers, but if they can be parsed as numbers then it includes them with the rest of the matrix.

This can be addressed with the existing column and row start options. We can open a new ticket to discuss changing default column and row starts if there is interest. Closing for now.
