Write FRiX tool to calculate fraction of reads in reference

In order to standardize calculations of FRiM and FRiP scores (Fraction of Reads in Motif/Peak), this tool needs to be written such that it takes in a BED/CDT and BAM file to calculate the read fraction score.
Major design decision: Should the input be a BED + BAM or CDT + BAM?
