The config file 'MTbeat2D.cym' corresponds to Figure 2 in the manuscript (Yadav, Khetan, Khatri and Athale, 2022). Simulates a filament in 2D of length 10 um, pinning length of 2 um in the presence of dynein motors with surface density of 100 motors/um^2
