[bug] World UVs incorrect on certain surfaces

Note that this is likely an incorrectly implemented or not implemented material property, as other world textures align perfectly.

Also in addition to the screenshots above, the grass textures are extremely stretched (this may be an internal issue in BSPParser)

Most of these were fixed by #32, however displacement textures are still horribly stretched
There does seem to be a texture scale attribute but it's not on the materials
