Django website that allows a user to select a subset of a large number of bigWig files to view as a track on a Genome Browser.
The bigWig files are specified in a config file named tracks.yaml that is loaded into a database.
Quick setup
pip install -r requirements
python manage.py migrate
python manage.py loadtracks tracks.yaml
python manage.py runserver
