Test the interface between the board and the Altimax

An interface was created between the board and Altimax to be able to sync data logs from both sources, but it has not yet been tested.

@chaxaf I forgot to tell you, but you will need to add 3 pins on the board to connect the Altimax to the Teensy for I/O. The Altimax has a Micro-Match connector (see page 23 of the manual for more info), but we can use a different connector on the Teensy if required.
