This repository holds scripts and verbose descriptions for common DEQ tasks to assist the internal DEQ R community effectively complete common tasks. Chapters and subchapters are authored and maintained by various DEQ programmers.
If you are new to bookdown, follow the instructions in DEQprojects/setup.Rmd to download an example bookdown to learn the general data structure. Make sure all data included in reprex are small snippets sourced from a /data directory or created in the .Rmd.
