find cause of biolink:PlanetaryEntity inference

@andrewsu pointed out that our meta_knowledge_graph says we have data about biolink:PlanetaryEntity, and we do indeed have inferred instances of this type in the database: https://api.triplydb.com/s/LGOSKJ8Uc

We need to check one of these models in Protégé and get a reasoner explanation. It doesn't make any sense for cellular response to rapamycin (one example) to map up to PlanetaryEntity.

We noted that some biological functions and molecular activities are children of "environmental system process" (ENVO:02500000), which is equivalent to biolink:EnvironmentalProcess, which is a subproperty of biolink:PlanetaryEntity. Why these processes are being inferred to be children of environmental system processes remains to be seen. Jim is going to update the import ontology (ExposuresProvider/cam-pipeline#74) to see if that fixes this problem.
