RX 6400 viewport crash, dmesg: GPU RESET.

Every issue should include 3 things:

  1. RX 6400, Ryzen 5 3500x, Ubuntu 22.04, Blender 4.02
  2. https://download.blender.org/demo/cycles/monster_under_the_bed_sss_demo_by_metin_seven.blend
  3. In viewport after some idle time the screen flashes black, mouse freezes. Sometimes blender segfaults when beginning the render.

Issue

The viewport resets the gpu. GPU RESET journalctl -b -1.log
Sometimes blender segfaults before the driver resets the gpu. segfault.txt

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install ubuntu 22.04.

  6. https://github.com/GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/RadeonProRenderBlenderAddon/releases/tag/v3.6.10
  7. unset HSA_OVERRIDE_GFX_VERSION echo this env var set to 10.3.0 is required to run pytorch - no issues there && blender

System Setup (Environment)

System: Ubuntu 22.04
CPU,GPU,Driver: Radeon RX 6400, Ryzen 5 3500x {32GB ddr4}, Driver { RoCM 6.0.2m, glxinfo: Mesa 23.2.1, DKMS: amdgpu/6.3.6-1718217.22.04, Kernel 6.5.0-26-generic }
Blender version: 4.02
Renderer: GPU Rendering

Detailed Description

I honestly just want to generate lightmaps.
Decided to see the prorender for RT accel.
But non-RT HIP acceleration itself does work pretty well and the cycles renderer provides that functionality.

Issue confirmed on my side. To be fixed
