blood-metabolites-regulation

This repository contains the analysis scripts for the study, Reconstructing the blood metabolome and genotype using long-range chromatin interactions1. The study identifies target genes of 130 genetic variants that modulate about 400 blood metabolites2 using chromatin interactions (from Hi-C)3 and expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL)4 data.
