RETOPT is a Research and Development project which is based on two modules:
- RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) Customer Segmentation
- Hybrid Product Recommendation
- E-commerce Owner/Associates
- E-commerce Platform User
- Customer Analyst
- Generate more robust RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) based Customer Segmentation.
- Addressing “Cold Start” and “Adaptability” issues in recommendation system
- Combining Content-Based, Collaborative Filtering, and Demographic-based recommendation system
- Build a fully functional demo e-commerce website without any payment method.
- Embed the models with the platform.
- Provide Dashboards for the Analyst to analyze the customer, product, and sales.
