Does getAlternativePromoters function work properly?

Hello, thank you for your excellent work!
When I run the getAlternativePromoters function in version 1.12.0, it keeps showing:
Fitting absolute promoter activity to condition
Fitting relative promoter activity to condition
No alternative promoters detected with current parameters
Consider relaxing thresholds
How do you suggest solving it? (Attempted to relax the threshold but still remains so)
