Performing test between two conditions in an object than contains more

Hi,

Great package, I get very interesting insights about my data!
Suppose I have a slingshot/pseudotime object that has more than 2 conditions - is it possible to perform tests (Topology test, progression test etc.) only between two of them, or is it only done by subsetting the original pseudotime object?

Thanks for the feedback, that is why we developed it !!
Indeed, the best way would be to subset your data. However, you can still perform dimensionality reduction, and even initial trajectory inference, on all conditions and only subset downstream of this.
